May 27: Meet in Beijing.
May 28: One day in Beijing. Visit Great Wall & Yi He Yuan (Empress Cixi‘s Garden)。 Stop by Bird Nest Stadium and Shulifang,both were built for China Olympic. Shop and have local food at the night market. Beijing overnight.
May 29 : Leave for Xing Tai after breakfast, arrive Xing Tai around noon. Practice Taichi in Da Huo Quan Park in the afternoon. Have dinner banquet with local government in the evening.
May 30: Leave for Ren Xian after breakfast and attend 3rd Dong Taichi International Association Gathering Event in Ren Xian. Back to Xingtai in the afternoon, visit Master Dong’s new home and exchange Taichi with his local students. Xingtai overnight.
May 31: Morning Taichi practice in the park. After breakfast, five hours bus ride to Luo Yang City. Luo Yang overnight。
June 1: Visit Han and Tang Dynasty Dragon Gate Statues and thousand years old White Horse Temple。 Arrive Zheng Zhou City in the evening; catch night train( with bed) to Nanjing.
June 2: Bus ride to Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) ,visit Ming and Qing Dynasty historic village. Stay near Huang Shan
June 3: Visit Huang Shan during the day. Arrive Hang Zhou in late afternoon, watch dance and singing performance in evening. Hang Zhou overnight。
June 4: Visit Xi Hu(West Lake)in the morning, arrive Su Zhou and visit the old streets in late afternoon. Su Zhou overnight.
June 5: Visit Chinese garden “ Zhuo Zheng Yuan“,Hu Qiu( Tiger Hill)and Wu Zhen water town. Leave for Shanghai in the afternoon. At night, cruise on Huang Pu River, watch Pudong/ the Bund city lights. Shanghai overnight.
June 6: End the trip after breakfast. Travel Agency arranges Pudong airport group drop off.
Fee USD $1050 include:
1. China domestic bus ride and train ride from Zheng Zhou to Nanjing
2. Double occupancy room, single occupancy pay extra USD $300.
3. Entrée fees for the listed sights on the itinerary
4. Guide fee

Feb 24- 28, 2010 (Wednesday – Sunday) Heeia State Park
Grand Master Zeng Chen Dong will be offering an intensive training workshop on the Island of Oahu. This is a once if a lifetime opportunity for you to feel and understand the energy of 4 different Dong Style Forms/Sets, Weapons and Push hands. You will learn from a knowledgeable and authentic Taijiquan Dao Master. Each form & set has a unique purpose and develops a different type of energy. You can develop your internal “Qi” through 30 hours of Taijiquan and Qigong practice while being surrounded by the lush greenery and beauty of Heeia State Park on the Windward side of the island.
Grand Master Dong will be teaching the Taiji Sword, Knife,
Dong Style Long Form, Short Form, Fast Set( Fa Jin) Slow Set (Kai He)and Push
Hands.
